The Alliance Flag Football statutes provide a separation between strategic oversight and executive, operational and administrative functions.
Standing Committees
The composition and structure for standing committees, includes qualification and number of members fulfilling independence criteria as well as the specific duties and powers of the individual committees, shall be stipulated in the Alliance Flag Football Regulations.
Referees Committee
The Referees Committee shall implement and interpret the Laws of the Game of Flag Football and may propose amendments to the Laws of the Game to the Alliance Tournament Director. It shall appoint the referees and assistant referees for matches in competitions organized by Alliance Flag Football.

Ethics Committee
The independent Ethics Committee is one of Alliance Flag Football main bodies. It is primarily responsible for investigating possible infringements of the Alliance Flag Football Code of Ethics. Since 2021, it has been divided into two separate chambers – the investigatory chamber and the adjudicatory chamber
